Discrimination
A reference for you to know what kind of metal is rejected depending on the DISC setting.
– Position of the 11 o’clock: iron
– Position of the 12 o’clock:Nickel coin (5￠)/pull tab
– Position of the 1 o’clock: zinc coin
– Position of the 3 o’clock: copper coin
Note: silver, gold, 25￠,50￠ and 50￠ cannot be eliminated
Low battery indicator
When the detector’s batteries become weak, the LOW BAT Indicator will remain on. For best performance, replace the old batteries with two standard 9V batteries.
Headphone Jack
Using headphone（not included） improves battery life, it also allows you to hear subtle changes in the sound more clearly, particularly if searching in a noisy location. For safety reasons, do not use headphone near traffic or where other dangers are present.
